1. ....Could Trump use the power to pardon himself? Trump clearly believes he does, as he said in 2018: "As has been stated by numerous legal scholars, I have the absolute right to PARDON myself, but why would I do that when I have done nothing wrong?"...

Trump has not been charged with any crimes, but faces at least nine possible lawsuits after leaving office, including a criminal probe into his business activities by Manhattan Attorney General Cyrus Vance.

But the presidential pardoning power only applies to federal crimes, so would not apply to any of the nine lawsuits currently being pursued.

Trump enjoys broad immunities from federal probes as president, and there are currently no known federal investigations being conducted into possible crimes by Trump.

But that could hypothetically change after January 20, when he leaves office....

2. On November 24, 2020, President Donald J. Trump continued the time-honored White House tradition of officially pardoning the National Thanksgiving Turkey!

This year’s candidates for National Thanksgiving Turkey were “Corn” and “Cob!”

After a close vote, Americans chose “Corn,” a 42 lb. bird from Iowa, as this year’s honoree.

Corn and Cob were raised by Ron Kardel, National Turkey Federation Chairman and a 6th generation turkey, corn, and soybean farmer from Walcott, Iowa! After the pardoning ceremony at the White House, both turkeys are retiring to their new home on the campus of Iowa State University....

3. If both turkeys could talk, they might tell Trump: "Why should we need your pardon when we have done nothing wrong? We prefer dying than living the rest of our lives with the alleged sins we have never committed. The only sin we have committed is being born as food for man. If you could pardon yourself, we welcome you to join us in our new home on the campus of Iowa State University." :)

I suppose the more people talk about charging Trump after he leaves office the more we realize that Obama can be charged right now for the crimes he committed against the US during Trump's first term.

Obama committee zero crimes, he had the mot honest administration in recent history.
Obama issued the orders for Brennan to create the fake intelligence assessment that falsely claimed Russia conspired with Trump to steal Hillary's dirty emails. That crime was far worse than Nixon's Watergate crimes.

The Muller Report made it totally clear that Trump's campaign benefitted from Putin's help.
You need to stop lying.
That is what Brennan and so many leftist democrats claimed but now that the truth has come out Americans know that was a lie. Mueller indicted Russians and Russian organizations in a show, not expecting to ever take those sham cases to court.

Part of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, a grand jury in February 2018 indicted Concord Management and Consulting, as well as 13 Russian nationals and two other companies in connection with Russian efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential elections using social media troll farms and influence campaigns.

Concord Management was the only alleged conspirator to enter an appearance in court and vigorously contested the charges over the ensuing two years.

But prosecutors say Concord Management has never really participated in the prosecution, instead using court proceedings to collect information about how the U.S. government responds to and monitors efforts from foreign countries to interfere in its elections.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++

But Mueller did not charge or suggest charges for anyone on one of the biggest questions he faced: whether the Trump campaign worked with the Russians to influence the election.

Mueller’s report, which he submitted to Attorney General William Barr on Friday, did not conclude that Trump or anyone involved in his campaign colluded with Russia, according to a summary Barr delivered to Congress on Sunday. (Mueller’s report left open the question of whether Trump obstructed justice in the course of the investigation, according to Barr’s summary.)

Barr lied about the Mueller Report and Mueller was tired and did not defend his conclusions.

Shitshzpants thought that Putin was a wise leader, totally ignoring his assassinations. Putin thinks Shitshispants is an imbecile, and he is 100% right.

Democrats claim Barr and every other responsible American lied who told the truth that no evidence of Trump/Russian collusion was ever found.

We should make Trump a deal: Leave office right now, never again enter into politics on any level, take Vance with you, and we'll pardon you of the crimes you've already been convicted of.
But, he needs to leave political office of all sorts today, no delays.

Democrats: If we cannot kill or jail him maybe he will have a heart and give in to our begging him to resign and take every conservative with him.

Why would the conservatives go with him? Is the guy who passed... no, not passed, but decreed, the biggest tax increase in recent memory a conservative? Do you buy into the nonsense that all Republicans are conservatives while all Democrats are liberals?

Can Trump pardon himself before he leaves the White House?

.
"The question of whether a U.S. President can pardon themselves is a deeply contested, unresolved constitutional issue, though most legal experts and a key 1974 Department of Justice opinion conclude no, citing fundamental principles that no one can be a judge in their own case, and a self-pardon would place a president above the law, violating core tenets of American governance, but the Supreme Court hasn't ruled, leaving room for debate and potential court challenges if attempted."

i.e. YOU KNOW DAMNED-WELL SPANKY IS...AT LEAST...GONNA TRY!!!!!!
