WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration acknowledged late Tuesday that its transfer of $1.7 billion to Iran earlier this year was made entirely in cash, using non-U.S. currency, as Republican critics of the transaction continued to denounce the payments.
 
This was a wise decision, as the US ws obligated to return this money, which it confiscated way back in 1977. It was ALWAYS Iran's money, and the US was obligated to py interest on it until it was repaid.

Now interest will no longer accrue. How stupid does someone have to be to not understand this?

Nobody has proven the money Obama gave to the Iranian terrorists who robbed the Shah of everything was not the same money SCOTUS ruled was to be given to the victims of the Iranian terrorists instead.
