Re: After DREAM Act defeated in Senate, Obama admin enacts it anyway by Executive OrdWell Big Rob, I didn't say the "right" was the instigator of Presidental over-reach, I did mention that Hamilton, Washington's right hand man and Constitutional delegate from NY immediately used Washington's cachet to increase the powers of the office, and since then a parade of Presidents since, both sides, have increased it's use. So when I hear someone say "that's unConstitutional" I have to roll my eyes and make a jerking-off motion since that person is so uninformed and uneducated. And I can say without a doubt anyone who had my back, if only for a second in combat, is due all of my respect and citizenship, otherwise I would be lower than snakespit.
