Aileen Cannon was probably inspired by Alec Baldwin Trial dismissal.

She probably thought “Well fuck. We can do that too.” Are you happy Alec Baldwin got out of accountability now pseudo liberals? All you have to do in America is have the judge fit your political ideology and you’re golden. I suspect Alec paid someone off substantially too.

Baldwin escaped conviction because the prosecution with held vital information which didn't benefit their case.
Get your facts right dickhead.

She was planning this along with Trump henchmen for some time. I do not think she was inspired in any way by the Baldwin case.
She is a biased and incompetent hack and should be removed from the judiciary.

Probably???

ooooo, buddy.....you surely did commit yourself, with that one, didn't you??
.
I think she's more-likely trying to
GET OUTTA THIS ONE, AS QUICKLY AS SHE CAN!!!!
.
Even
she knows she's way-in, over-her-head, with this one!!
.
I'm guessing, the appeal will result in this case being handed-off to a more-qualified / less-partisan judge.

"The initial impulse on reading Judge Aileen Cannon’s pseudo-scholarly 93-page dismissal of the classified documents case against Donald Trump is to list the legal errors and overreaches that demonstrate its brazenness and likelihood of being reversed. The opinion, which throws out the case on the dubious premise that special counsel Jack Smith was not properly appointed, could serve as target practice for any first-year law student who has learned about statutory construction and precedent, principles that Cannon mangles as she strains to make the case go away."

Although she dismissed it jack still has the option to get his ducks in a line and do it again. And he will.

"The judge who threw out Donald Trump's classified documents case will be removed from the proceedings following her latest ruling, a legal expert has said.

The decision from Cannon, who was nominated to the bench by Trump, is the latest in a long line of rulings that have benefited the former president in the classified documents case. This includes allegations that she has slow-walked a number of decisions which should have immediately been dismissed in order to help delay the start of the trial until after November's election."

I’d love to see Aileen Cannon prosecuted maybe? Or impeached at least?
I can't vouch for the law BUT the reason it was kicked is because Jack smith or the powers to be failed to appoint smith in the correct way.
I do know what that means but it's safe to say she knew that from the start but with held it until she couldn't any longer.
Smith can refile the whole thing again if he chooses.
