NO ONE complained about crime in Minnesota except Trump, who invaded a Democratic city that clearly hates his putrid guts.
There was a complain about misuse of funds, but there is no way that misuse of funds by a puny number of corrupt individuals by sending goons to grab people off the streets.

You are right. Democrat officials in Minnesota were fine with crime in their state.
