I'm curious--I raised this question in another forum (the one on legalizing marijuana) but it probably belongs in here. If most prescription drugs (like antibiotics) were sold over the counter, do you think this would help reduce health costs? Would the risks outweigh the benefits? They do this in some countries, and surprisingly, there isn't mass death.Would you have gone to see your Dr. and/or ER if this suggestion was reality (not that I mean to pry into your particulars)?
