we let them protest and say any crapola they want...

Sure I would. I think protesting is great. I personally think the left is the one who is intolerant of "other brands, not their own"
Example... Planned Parenthood prides their selves on choice yet when they wanted to build a new clinic in Texas no construction company wanted the job of laying the foundation. They did not care how much Planned Parenthood was willing to pay the various companies’ refused to lay the foundation.
Planned Parenthood had a fit and said they were intolerant, but they were just expressing their own views on the clinic. The various construction companies’ were not saying you can not have a building here, they were just saying we don’t want to be a part of it. The construction company's were considered the intolerant ones according to Planned Parenthood and the media.
Another example… During the 2004 election there were many many anti war rally’s. That is their right and I am all for them having the event. College teachers and some high school teachers here in Oregon told students if they attended the anti war rally's they could count it to their grade and attendance that day. When conservative students said we want to go to the pro troop’s rally's they were told that will not count to their grade and would count as an absence. Those teachers showed their intolerance to "someone else brand, not their own"
Some schools give Islamic believers excused absences and places to pray but would not do the same for Christian or Jewish faith believers.
When it comes to Christianity they say there is no room for even a prayer from the speaker of the events. They would never stand up to Islamic believers that way.
I personally am for all kinds of protests if done in peace but I am not going to pretend that the left is not intolerant.
These boards are another example. I have read back and just simply lost count on how many times Bush was compared to Hitler. I said Obama was like Hitler and gave some examples and my god you would have thought I had committed blasphemy on the Holy Spirit!
They tolerate it fine if it goes with their thinking, but if it’s not within their own mind set, they are the first to try and shut down free speech.
How many people broke in the DNC to try and stop them from going on with their convention? Zero I believe. How many did that to the GOP convention. I can think of 2 but I think its more. Has Messiah ever been heckled at his events to the point he has had to stop speaking? I think NO. Has McCain? Yes!
