Here is the substance of the Dominion lawsuit:
It’s time for Dominion Voting Systems to make its case against Fox News in its $1.6 billion defamation suit. The election-system company has identified 20 occasions when it was demonized on Fox after the 2020 election. Can Dominion prove Fox did it on purpose?

The suit says that Fox published four categories of proven falsehoods about Dominion: that
Dominion rigged the 2020 election for Joe Biden, that its algorithms manipulated vote counts, that Dominion is owned by a company founded in Venezuela, and that Dominion paid kickbacks to government officials who used its machines.
Nevertheless, here are the facts:
1. Dominion did not prove they did not conspire to steal the election. They just made a good case against Fox because Fox could not irrefutable prove such a conspiracy took place. Facts indicate Dominion collusion with Democrats to steal the election, but Fox ;lost because it could not prove the fact beyond doubt.
2. The algorithms show that the Dominion machines almost certainly corrupted the vote count in Biden's favor but again, Fox could not prove that beyond doubt. On the other hand, neither did Dominion nor the court prove the machine algorithms were not used to steal the election.
3. Voting machine companies in America are almost certainly all linked, and all hide their business ownership and common connections as much as possible.

The federal government is investigating the takeover last year of a leading American manufacturer of electronic voting systems by a small software company that has been linked to the leftist Venezuelan government of President Hugo Chávez.
The inquiry is focusing on the Venezuelan owners of the software company, the Smartmatic Corporation, and is trying to determine whether the government in Caracas has any control or influence over the firm’s operations, government officials and others familiar with the investigation said.
With a windfall of some $120 million from its first three contracts with Venezuela, Smartmatic then bought the much larger and more established Sequoia Voting Systems, which now has voting equipment installed in 17 states and the District of Columbia.
But the role of the young Venezuelan engineers who founded Smartmatic has become less visible in public documents as the company has been restructured into an elaborate web of offshore companies and foreign trusts.
“The government should know who owns our voting machines; that is a national security concern,” said Representative Carolyn B. Maloney, Democrat of New York, who asked the Bush administration in May to review the Sequoia takeover.
“There seems to have been an obvious effort to obscure the ownership of the company,” Ms. Maloney said of Smartmatic in a telephone interview yesterday. “The Cfius process, if it is moving forward, can determine that.”
The concern over Smartmatic’s purchase of Sequoia comes amid rising unease about the security of touch-screen voting machines and other electronic elections systems.

A 2012 filing of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado stated that Sequoia Voting Systems was “indirectly owned by Venezeulan citizens” before restructuring into a shell company to evade US regulators. Smartmatic, the software company that operates Dominion voting machines, acquired Sequoia in 2005.
Tracy Beanz, editor-in-chief of UncoverDC, posted screenshots of the filing on her Twitter account exposing Sequoia’s past.
The Objection to Smartmatic’s Motions for Authority and Standing to Prosecute Causes of Action was between SVS Holdings and Smartmatic USA Corporation. SVS Holdings was a shell company with no employees; its sole purpose was to hold shares of Sequoia.

Smartmatic, the troubled Venezuelan-linked voting company recent partnered up (late 2014) with a firm called SGO. SGO is headed up by one Lord Mark Malloch-Brown. Brown, as it turns out, is a rather curious and troubling figure. Brown, you should know, has close ties to George Soros and rents a Soros owned house in New York. Brown gets a sweetheart deal at only $10,000 a month. He also serves as the VP of Soros’ hedge fund the Quantum Fund.
