Real Clear Investigations has a story up today which sheds some light on Former CIA Director John Brennan and the January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) which he helped produce. Specifically, it reveals that Brennan’s claims that the dossier was not used in the creation of the ICA appear to be false. Also, Brennan hand-selected the authors of the assessment including anti-Trump partisan Peter Strzok. In case you’ve forgotten some of the details, the January 2017 ICA reached this conclusion about the goals of Russian interference in the 2016 election:

We assess Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered an influence campaign in 2016 aimed at the US presidential election. Russia’s goals were to undermine public faith in the US democratic process, denigrate Secretary Clinton, and harm her electability and potential presidency. We further assess Putin and the Russian Government developed a clear preference for President-elect Trump.

Today, Real Clear Investigations reveals that one of the sources used to reach that conclusion was the Steele dossier, something Brennan has repeatedly denied was the case.

What's any thoughts on the matter?

We don't need a civil war. The conservatives are making a mistake in thinking that the rest of us want the confederate states to stay in the union.

Some might but not all of us.

I'm one of them. No American life is worth losing to keep those deadbeats in the confederacy in the union.

They are leaches on the rest of us. They refuse to properly support themselves and take tax dollars from the blue states to balance their budgets. Their states are a mess.

They seem to like living in a mess with parts of their state having third world conditions so I say, let them go. Let them finally have to support themselves.

First make them pay for all the federal infrastructure we've built in their states. If they don't want to pay for it, strip it all and anything left, be rendered permanently useless.

A lot of our debt would stop if we didn't have to support those deadbeats in the confederate states.

Give people one chance to move to the nation they want to live in. They can't change their minds once they have moved.

I'm tired of a bunch of deadbeat leaches doing their best to destroy our nation.

Let them go. They hate the United States and our democratic constitutional republic. Why keep people who want to burn everything down and force a dictatorship on the rest of us? Let them create their dictatorship in the their own nation.

Not one drop of American blood. Not one American life should be lost to people who hate us.

I'm talking about a civil war between Magas and democrats because Trump loses. We saw the efforts last time and they haven't learnt anything yet.
I witnessed a clip today with a Maga cult member said the E Jean Carroll thing where Trump got fined, never happened. The whole thing was a Democrat hoax and all the videos etc was done by actors purely to denigrate Trump. That's the type of idiots that can quickly elevate hate and bile to conflict.
Of course it mightn't include democrats but they'll take the brunt of the blame. The military will be involved and well then see how good they are then. Deceased maggats everywhere.
