I found the names of 29 black men and 3 black women killed by cops that month. I assume there is not a single murder of a cop that is justified, but how many of the suspects killed by cops were justified killings? We don't know but I will try to find cases among the 32 blacks killed by cops in Dec. 2023 that were not justified.

The first cop killing on my list. Was the killing justified? Texas officials must have concluded that the shooting was justified in spite of the lack of intention on Anders part of shooting the officer she was confronting with her own loaded gun.

LUFKIN — It was two days after Christmas and Aaliyah Anders was terrified. Her Lufkin apartment complex had become ground zero for a viral TikTok challenge. Kids, following the social media trend, were running up and kicking in the doors to apartments into the late evening. Having had enough, Anders called the police.

When she arrived, Officer Lauren Nick rang Anders' doorbell. Fed up, Anders, who is Black, grabbed her own gun, opened the door and charged, yelling. The officer shot her dead.

There is no accurate data for cop 'killings' during that period, likely because the facts if collected would not harmonize with the hysterical false narratives dishonestly promoted by leftists. I have been unable to find more than a few dozen names of individuals shot and killed by cops since 2000 and the majority of those killed were not black.

Let honest police records agencies release the names of every black person or every person shot and killed by a cop so we can research the facts of each case instead of being forced to give in to unsupported ignorance and propaganda without facts to support the narratives.

Here is another cop killing. Was the killing justified? Did the suspect present a real and clear danger to the officers seeking to arrest him? Those questions must have been asked by the grand jury investigating the killing. The grand jury ruled the killing justified.

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Multnomah County grand jury has ruled three Portland police officers were justified when they shot and killed a robbery suspect near Mall 205 back in December.

The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office announced Friday that the grand jury returned a “not true” bill, finding the use of force by Portland Police Officers John Bartlett, Adi Ramic and Brian Wheeler resulting in the death of 33-year-old Tyrone Lee Johnson II was not criminal under Oregon law.

Justin Whipps is listed as a victim of a cop killing, which is true. However, Justin was also a black prison guard and he was killed by another black prison guard in a personal dispute. This case cannot be listed as a racist cop killing, in addition to all the cases we have examined so far. There have not been any racist cop killings found yet in my research.

Upon arrival, officers found Mr. Dotel with his arm wrapped around a woman’s neck with a knife. She and a second woman present at the scene appeared to have been slashed by Mr. Dotel. An officer fired at Mr. Dotel, striking him in the head. Mr. Dotel was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Officers recovered a knife at the scene. The two injured women are expected to recover.

Another apparent justified cop shooting. Are we ever going to find an unjustified cop killing? Yes, but there are not that many. There are certainly far more justified cop shootings of suspects than there are justified suspect shootings of cops.

Monroeville man who fired at law enforcement officers shot dead when he exits house firing weapon at cops

The investigation into a standoff that led to the death of a Monroeville man has been turned over to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

Monroeville Police Lt. Brian House said the incident began Saturday morning when officers responded to the report of a shooting at a residence off Monroe Station Road. When officers arrived, they learned that the residence had been shot into multiple times, but no one was injured.

Investigators processed the scene and developed a suspect in the shooting: Thomas Earl “T-Mac” McMillan, 52, of Monroeville.

Officers went to McMillan's residence on Ash Lane in Monroeville's Eastwood subdivision and when officers attempted to make contact with McMillan, he began firing at officers. McMillan then barricaded himself inside his residence as officers set up a perimeter around the house.

A standoff ensued, during which the Monroeville Police Department deployed its Special Response Team, and additional resources from other law enforcement agencies were also called in to assist. During the four-hour standoff, McMillan repeatedly fired multiple shots at law enforcement officers.

At the conclusion of the standoff, McMillan exited the residence while armed with a firearm, which he discharged. Officers returned fire, and McMillan was fatally injured.
