Black coaches have not succeeded in college football.

Over your head? I have no issue with any black person winning that award they have had the award since 1954 and many blacks have won. I have a problem with this one award that I believe was racially and politically motivated.
 
Tired of arguing with idiots. The media in this country never gave 2 shits about the Colorado football program. Even in the late 80s and the 90s when the program was elite for a while.

SI said that he energized the program and brought attention to the program yet he cannot recruit enough good players to succeed.

The media hyped the hell out of black college coaches like Sylvester Croom and Ty Willingham and they failed. Sanders will be another example. How does it help black people in America when politicians and the media hype mediocrity and failure?
 
This is a political thread not a college football thread but I'm telling you it is not looking good for that program going forward.

They had a huge turnover with kids leaving and transferring in. They have the sting of losing their last 6 games last year.

The recruiting classes for 24 and 25 are terrible and small in numbers. Only 18 recruits total in those 2 classes. Why? A full class is normally 20 or more.

Just 12, 4 and 5 star recruits in the last 3 classes! In the 25 class alone Alabama has 19 4 star players.
