do democrats want a civil war

Republicans passed the 13th amendment against stiff opposition just like republicans passed the Civil Rights act of 1965 against stiff democrat opposition.
Is that why Republicans nominated a man who voted against the 1964 Civil Right Act?

The Corwin Amendment

“No amendment shall be made to the Constitution which will authorize or give to Congress the power to abolish or interfere, within any State, with the domestic institutions thereof, including that of persons held to labor or service by the laws of said State.”

Republicans need to stop lying.
Democrat James Buchanan supported the 1861 Corwin Amendment thinking to bring bi-partisan ship to Congress and the nation, but the American people rejected that appeasement effort and the Corwin Amendment was never ratified. Americans chose instead to ratify the 13th Amendment in 1865 that was introduced by Republicans in 1864 after Republican President Lincoln's 1863 Emancipation Proclamation.

Blacks fought in the Civil War. The black Gullahs in Florida were fighting the US Army for over 100 years before the Civil War began. Slave uprisings and revolts happened frequently, and whites were killed. Whites in the South lived in constant fear because of these things, so blacks freed ourselves. And like I told you, white man, whites don't get credit for doing what should have been done in the first place. Now shut up about slavery because whites imposed Jim Crow, bac codes, convict leasing, sharecropping, the company store, vagrancy laws and other laws/policies that restricted or nullified freedom for blacks that lasted for at least 100 more years.
Millions of modern white Americans descended from white soldiers who gave their lives in the Civil War to free the slaves. Millions of modern black Americans had no relatives who were slaves before the Civil War.

Thats irrelevant. The fact is that Republicans authored n Amendment that would have made slavery constitutional. Therefore the story about Republicans freeing the slaves is disingenuous.

That amendment is a historical fact. And since today's Republican party defends the confederacy, you can just stop lying.
Democrats today stupidly or ignorantly deny the fact that the democrats split the nation in 1860 trying to preserve slavery, democrats invented the KKK to interfere with republican efforts to integrate blacks into society after the war, democrats forced republican officials to have to bring in federal troops to force the integration of schools, and democrat fought in mob opposition to the 1965 Civil Rights Act.

I think that slaves were totally justified in killing their masters to gain their freedom. Nearly all the Blacks that fought in the Civil War fought on the Union side for freedom. There were a few that went off to war as servants of Confederate officers, and in the last year of the War, some Blacks were recruited in return for a promise of freedom for themselves or family members.

Slavery is STILL CONSTITUTIONALLY LEGAL, as punishment for crimes. Some states have made it illegal, but others still enslave inmates. Read the 14th Amendment.
That is the kind of thinking that drove Nat Turner to murder Americans and drove several modern blacks to murder cops and whites.

Millions of modern black Americans descend from slaves who fought and died trying to get out of slavery. So again, white man, whites don't get any credit or respect for fighting a war because they chose to own slaves. I don't give a flying f--- if whites had descendant who died during the Civil War. They deserved to die because whites never should have had slaves. Understand?

Yes, prison confinements are like enslavements in some ways except prisoners choose to enslave themselves by violating laws of civilization.

Democrats and Republicans kept the natin divided for 100 years after slavery because they implemented Jim Crow. Todys Republican Party is the party of the confederacy so you can go tell your lies to somebody else.

Nat Turner didn't kill Americans, he killed slave-owners. White cops killing unarmed blacks are why white cops have been killed and:

Who Won the Gullah Wars? Unveiling the Victors

The Gullah Wars, from the late 18th to early 19th century, are an essential yet often overlooked part of American history. These wars involved the Gullah people, descendants of African slaves, who fought fiercely against their oppressors. Understanding who won the Gullah Wars requires examining the historical context, key battles, and outcomes. This article highlights the resilience and determination of the Gullah people in their quest for freedom.
Who won the Gullah Wars?

The Gullah Wars, from the late 1700s to early 1800s, featured many battles between the Gullah people and oppressors. The Gullahs, using local terrain and guerrilla tactics, secured significant victories and maintained their autonomy. Their resistance preserved their culture and achieved a degree of freedom, marking them as the de facto winners.

The Historical Context of the Gullah Wars

The Gullah Wars were part of the broader struggle against slavery in the United States. The Gullah people, living in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, developed a unique culture blending African traditions with their new environment. They resisted to maintain this cultural identity and achieve freedom.

The Gullahs used the local terrain strategically. They employed guerrilla tactics, using swamps and forests for surprise attacks and evading capture. This knowledge and their fierce determination made them formidable opponents.

Several key battles define the Gullah Wars. One significant conflict was the Battle of Fort Mose. The Gullah people, with Spanish forces, defended their fort against British attacks. This showcased their military prowess and commitment.

Another pivotal moment was the rise of leaders like General Abraham and Chief John Horse. These leaders galvanized the Gullah people, leading successful campaigns against their oppressors. Their leadership was crucial for the Gullah’s resistance and victories.

The impact of the Gullah Wars extended beyond the battlefield. The Gullah people’s resilience inspired other enslaved communities to resist, contributing to the broader abolitionist movement in the United States. Their story is a testament to cultural preservation and the fight for freedom.

I told the other idiot, and I'm telling you, whites get no credit or respect for cleaning up a mess they created. Your ancestors claimed this was a nation of freedom for everyone; therefore, slavery should never have existed. So then no credit or gratefulness shall be given to people who took 243 years to finally do right. So STFU.
The Gullahs formed a colony of freed slaves in Florida early in American history under Spanish occupation, were supported by Christian abolitionists against slavery, and were later supported by union troops in the Civil war to free slaves.

That's not how it happened. Now stop thinking that because you're white that you know more. I am better educated than you and especially on real black history.

Actually slavery is permitted in prison and considering this:

Black people are 13.6% of the American population but 53% of the 3,200 exonerations listed in the National Registry of Exonerations. Judging from exonerations, innocent Black Americans are seven times more likely than white Americans to be falsely convicted of serious crimes.

Prisons are the new plantations. So how about thinking about the innocent people who are victimized by a racist criminal justice system, who are wrongfully incarcerated while the perpetrators continue to walk? You put a felon in the white house. He did the crimes; you make excuses for him. So STFU.
I don't know if we have enough data to say whether blacks commit more crimes than whites or in what greater percentage they do if they do.
