Not to be too cynical or anything, but look at the present "Leader of the Free World" and ask yourself that question again. I know his IQ has never been tested (or if it has the results remain private) but still.

Actually as far as Bush's IQ goes, a lot of experts have speculated and the lowest I've ever heard anybody say is that it could possibly be in the low 90's, just slightly below average.
With that being said, if IQ was really a substitute for hard work I would have graduated from college with a 4.0 GPA, and lets just say things didn't turn out that well.
