Health Insurance Companies not going quitely into the night

"After hospitals were acquired by private equity firms, patient death rates in the emergency departments rose by 13% compared with similar hospitals, according to research published this week in Annals of Internal Medicine.
.
The research, which compared outcomes at
hospitals over a 10-year period, adds fresh evidence to previous studies showing harmful patient outcomes and higher costs among health care entities owned by profit-oriented financiers.
.

After hospitals were acquired by private equity, the number of full-time employees fell by an average 11.6% compared with non-private equity facilities, the research found, and salary expenditures in the emergency departments and intensive care units declined by 18% and 16%, respectively.
.

Private equity firms are sophisticated financial operators that buy companies, typically loading them with large amounts of debt to pay for the acquisitions. The firms hope to sell the companies for profit a few years later."

How about those new figures just released in the House investigation that showed the covid jab was killing hundreds of Americans while politicians and media spokespeople denied the truth?

A question for all those who like the idea of a single payer plan and hate the evil insurance companies:
.
Who handles the processing of Medicare and Medicaid claims?
.
Did you guess a building full of civil servants? Wrong! Most states subcontract this out to companies that are subsidiaries of the large health insurance companies. That's right!

"Medicare By Choice" Proposal Aims To Unite Democrats On Health Care
March 26, 2026
.
"A coalition of former congressional staffers and federal health leaders is putting forward a health care policy proposal around which it hopes Democrats will coalesce ahead of the 2028 campaign, a position it is calling "Medicare By Choice"!!
.
So a group of policy experts encompassing the Center for Health and Democracy (CHD) and a former head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is putting forth its policy proposal for Democrats, Medicare By Choice.

.
This proposal allows
everyone the option of enrolling in traditional Medicare regardless of age, even allowing employers to select Medicare By Choice as their employees’ workplace benefit.
.
The bill introduced last year provides health coverage with
no premiums, no co-payments and no deductibles. Polling commissioned by the Medicare for All PAC found that a slight majority of voters say they favor such a proposal — at 54 percent nationally, as well as 56 percent in battleground states.
.
But as was seen in 2024,
Medicare for All leaves candidates who support it vulnerable to attacks by the GOP of being too radical because it calls to eliminate private insurance plans.
.
A report released by the Senate Joint Economic Committee this month found that
overpayments to Medicare Advantage plans potentially cost seniors exceedingly more, than if they had been enrolled in traditional Medicare to the tune of about $84 Billion."

Free healthcare for all is a lie propagated by leftist communists with a long history of propping up Marxist policies with lies.
