Let's get something clear.

He was put to death for speaking out about the govt. His beliefs and acts DO NOT prove he was a god. Although it could prove he didn't know when to keep his mouth shut.

As for rising from the death. The conflicting history cannot decide if he did lay in a tomb or was buried. Check that if you like. Either way he did not levitate to the sky witnessed by 12 drunken bums.
It is also written that graves opened at his supposed resurrection and hundreds of rotten corpses walked the streets in search of him. Do you really think that happened? Dead men do not do that and neither did your silly god.
