Jim Beam has announced a one-year pause in production

Tell us how much coal production has risen when Shitshizpants was president.

He rants on and on about "clean coal", but not one lump of clean coal is being produced or sold.

He does not give one shit about coal miners: black lung benefits have been slashed by Doge and Shitshizpants.
Democrats are more concerned about funding leftist 'clean energy' hustlers than they are about sticking poor Americans with high fuel costs.

AGAIN, tell us how much coal production has risen when Shitshizpants was president. You don't do this because you are ignorant of the facts and cannot even find them.

Tell us, who is producing and selling "clean coal"?

Democrats generally oppose coal while republicans generally favor coal. I do not know what coal production numbers are.

You have no clue about anything dealing with the economy, you should STFU and stop trying out for the title of duncemaster.

Specific varieties of coal are essential in the production of steel. Steel is essentially an alloy of coal (specifically carbon) and iron. And Democrats are certainly not opposed to all coal for every purpose. But burning coal as fuel is harmful to human beings as well as to the environment.

There is no real chance that coal mining jobs will ever return to the Appalachian coal fields of VA, WV, KY because (1) coal mining is highly mechanized and one mining machine can do the work of many, many miners with picks ad shovels, and (2) the coal in this area has already been mined. It was never an eternal resource.

I guess Obama can take a bow for fulling his original campaign promises to bankrupt coal in the US.

So name the coal companies that have declared bankruptcy, genius.
Tell us who is selling "clean coal".
There are still mile long trains hauling coal out of mines in Wyoming.

Have you noticed that every use of the phrase "I guess" in a post is a sign that the poster is a dolt and the post is bogus?

Here’s one line that President Barack Obama might want to rewind: “Under my plan … electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.”

That quip from a January 2008 interview with the San Francisco Chronicle editorial board is making the rounds in conservative circles — even Mitt Romney referred to it last month – and it likely won’t go away anytime soon.

Jim Beam, the country’s largest maker of bourbon, has announced a one-year pause in production at its flagship facility in Clermont, Kentucky.

In January, Brown-Forman, the maker of whiskeys like Jack Daniel’s and Old Forester, announced it was laying off about 650 employees, or 12% of its workforce, in the face of declining demand. In September Diageo paused distillation at its Cascade Hollow facility in Tullahoma, Tennessee.

And over the last year several large whiskey companies have gone into receivership, including the Garrard County Distilling Co. in Kentucky and Uncle Nearest in Tennessee.
That may be good news for alcoholics struggling with alcohol addiction.

I guess every single word I've ever said is going to be dissected now.
