American households struggle as inflation continues - new survey
Sep 21, 2022
“This is excellent news on the inflation fight,” said Jamie Cox, managing partner for Harris Financial Group. “If you don’t believe disinflation is happening, you arent paying attention. The Fed was right to pause and needs to hold firm at these levels to prevent overcorrecting and causing an unnecessary recession to fight a beast that is now under control.”

Good news! The rich are getting super rich and the poor super poor under Biden's corrupt leadership.

Post-2016 increaseEdit

In 2017, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 reduced personal and corporate income tax rates, which critics said would increase income inequality.[45]

Also in 2017, Forbes found that just three individuals (Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffett and Bill Gates) held more wealth than the bottom half of the population.[46]

In 2018, and for the first time in U.S. history, U.S. billionaires paid a lower effective tax rate than the working class. A study found that the average effective tax rate paid by the richest 400 families in the country was 23 percent, a full percentage point lower than the 24.2 percent rate paid by the bottom half of American households.[47][48]

In September 2019, the Census Bureau reported that income inequality in the United States had reached its highest level in 50 years, with the GINI index increasing from 48.2 in 2017 to 48.5 in 2018.[49]

Thanks Trump for increasing 8ncome inequality! /s

But there’s some pretty good news that doesn’t readily appear in the steady stream of government data released each week. After decades in which the gap between the richest and poorest Americans grew by leaps and bounds, the strange rebound from the pandemic has led to something different: a slow reduction in inequality across the economy.

Between February 2020 and September 2022, average income for the lowest-earning 50% of Americansincreased by more than 10%, faster than all groups of population except for the top 1%, according to a paper by the Realtime Inequality economists, Thomas Blanchet, Emmanuel Saez, and Gabriel Zucman.

Thanks joe!

Under Biden the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Under Trump the rich got richer mand the poor got richer. That was a win-win under Trump, not a win-lose as under Biden.

Wealth among the poor should not be gauged by whether or not the rich are increasing or decreasing in wealth. The poor are getting poorer under Biden primarily due to inflation, and we did not have that degree of problem under President Trump.

You may be uninformed about the latest revelations of the Biden crime family transactions if you are not allowed to watch any but Democrat-approved news outlets.
Joe has been corrupt how moron
Be specific with proof duh

I really don't care how many crooks get away with their crimes right now because I know we are all going to answer to God in the end and the truth will be coming out.
