The FBI has a long history of lies and coverups with many known liars on the payroll to be used as they see the need arising, usually for corrupt political purposes. The FBI had this guy's testimony years ago and did nothing at the time but cover it up, likely because they were using the testimony of another liar to illegally obtain treasonous warrants to spy Trump and his associates.
