Fox did not pay Dominion because Dominion proved thousands of Dominion machines had not been corrupted.  Examine the details so as not to keep making the same mistake.  Dominion blocked investigations of its machines while claiming none of its vulnerable machines had been secretly manipulated by Democrat workers and Trump-hating Dominion officials and operators.  Democrats admitted before the election that Dominion machines were vulnerable to corruption.  Government tech experts admitted Dominion machines were subject to corruption, and Dominion officials themselves admitted their machines were vulnerable to corruption.
