the problem with being safe and far away in the US is that the truth is far from many people. understanding that the enemy is real and the numbers are strong would be a good defensive measure for the US.

Sorry, I don't buy the sleeper cells thing any more than I believe America was being taken over in the 50's by Communist sleeper cells. The whole sleeper cell thing is blown way out of proportion to keep us in a state of fear so we'll be willing to trade in our civil rights for perceived security.

no really, there are sleepers out there. and 30 groups in the UK that the government doesn't have a grip on.
AQ is a serious group with definate goals. this isn't our government making up $hit to scare us. we don't spend billions in defense of.... make believe.
