Lincoln had to convince them they were fighting to save the Union. The only people who fought for slaves were the Confederates; they fought to keep slaves. What do you call a man who thinks people would be congratulated for correcting wrongs they never should have committed? An idit. What do you call someone white who has the same racist attitude of those in the past who lies about the racism he practices being in the past, and posts up the stuff we see written in the quote above?
