Uninformed Americans think that because the election was hastily certified by biased officials that proves the election was pure and legitimate.  Informed and intelligent Americans, on the other hand, know the difference between certification and proof and they know there still remain hundreds of thousands of ballots that were never verified or proven legitimate.
