I just want to point out that the Alaska Constitution has its own 22nd Amendment. The Right to Privacy.§ 22. [Amended 1972]This at a few points since this right came into exsistance meant that one could posses small amounts of Marijuana in thier own home. That loophole has now more or less been closed.
