The expectations for him seem to be much too high. I've heard lots of people talk about how he is going to solve the economic crisis, global warming, our dependency on oil, and bring peace to the middle east. Honestly he would be a fair president if he made a dent in any of those, but I sincerely doubt he's going to be the cure-all he's lauded himself as.

He's not lauded himself about anything. He's only trying... setting out good, calm, intelligent, well informed, rational efforts to try and attack the many challenges and troubles facing our country. The old saying is very true... Even the longest journey starts with the first step.

I know it's been a while............. but that's what good Presidents do.
