Steve, if a gas station owner paid $3.00 a gallon for the gas in his tanks at the gas station, just because the price of oil fell today, he still has already paid $3.00 a gallon for that gas, and is going to sell it accordingly.

Well He is Price gouching which is illegal in most states. I just e-mailed the the attorney general office and complained maybe they might do some investigation.
