Although obozo is completely incompetent in almost every skill needed by a president, there's one thing he and his leftwing claque understand very well, and that's political manipulation and propaganda. Being the first prez to completely grasp the power of the internet, he recently established an office in the whitehouse to generate propaganda and disinformation on the net. (Isn't it AMAZING how frigging reminscent he is of lots of dictators?)
On this forum and others I visit, I've noticed a few people who have shown up lately and work very hard at what they do - it's almost as if they were SENT here by someone.
Here's their modus operandi:
- Make a large number of mostly short posts supporting leftwing policy.
- Make assertions repeatedly which are easily demonstrated to be false.
- When the falsehoods are shown up as such, just keep talking as if they weren't.
- Claim victory in the few semi-debates you engage in, inspite of having obviously lost - or just quickly change the subject.
- This one is like a precept of guerrilla warfare: avoid pitched battles with the enemy (that is, don't get in substantive debates) because you'll lose to the enemy's superior firepower (intellect).
- Instead, aim for a large number of hit-and-run attacks (short posts). That way, your opponents will be too bored with you to squash each one. You may convert lurkers through unanswered posts.
- Repeat, repeat, repeat. Slogans, talking points, and specious narratives that conform events to leftwing ideology should be stated over and over. This is the oldest, simplest, and yet effective propaganda technique, because there are many uninformed and simple people who have a vote. If they hear it enough from rote repetition, it becomes reality for them, something "everyone knows".
