"Ectopic pregnancies – when a fertilized egg implants outside of the uterus – are the number one cause of death for pregnant people in the first trimester of pregnancy. The only way to save a person's life from an ectopic pregnancy is through an abortion. So when Missouri Republican Brian Seitz introduced a bill making it illegal to terminate ectopic pregnancies, he was essentially sentencing pregnant people who need abortions to death."

Only one problem with your claim Bucky. A abortion isn't need to remove a stuck egg or dead egg which is what happens most of the time .

Also bucky An ectopic pregnancy can cause your fallopian tube to burst open. Without treatment, the ruptured tube can lead to life-threatening bleeding.Thats what causes most deaths and a abortion will not stop that . proper medical care will .Do you ever know what your talking about ?

Salpingostomy and salpingectomy are two laparoscopic surgeries used to treat some ectopic pregnancies. In these procedure, a small incision is made in the abdomen, near or in the navel. Next, your doctor uses a thin tube equipped with a camera lens and light (laparoscope) to view the tubal area.
And you left this out also Between 1950 and 1974 there were 102 deaths from early ectopic pregnancy thats nation wide over a 24 year span
