Reports are starting to come in from everywhere. Democrats are dispirited, upset, dejected, feeling betrayed (one way or another) by the Obama administration and Democrat Congress. While Republicans and conservatives are eager to get in and vote to stop what they see as fundamental violations of our rights and the U.S. Constitution.

A small sampling:

Early-voting numbers out of Nevada’s two biggest counties could spell trouble for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid in his tough contest against Republican Sharron Angle.
In Reno’s Washoe County and Las Vegas’s Clark County, Republican turnout was disproportionately high over the first three voting days, according to local election officials. The two counties together make up 86 percent of the state’s voter population…
Some 47 percent of early voters in the bellwether Washoe County so far have been Republicans, while 40 percent have been Democrats

Republicans turn out for early voting: SAN JUAN COUNTY [New Mexico]— More than twice as many Republicans have voted early compared with Democrats.
Almost 6,300 people voted early as of Tuesday afternoon... Almost 4,000 were registered Republicans, while almost 1,800 were Democrats.

As early voting opens, GOP has an edge in turnout:
TALLAHASSEE -- Republicans across Florida have mounted an early lead in returning absentee ballots and are showing up in greater numbers than Democrats since early voting began Monday... the GOP has not outpaced Democrats in early voting in Florida since it began eight years ago. The first three days of early voting, coupled with returned absentee or mail ballots, show Republicans outpacing Democrats by 148,000 voters, according to figures provided by both political parties.

Early vote analysis from Harris County [Texas]: big turnout in R areas
posted by paulburka at 11:59 AM. It is clear that Republican areas are outperforming 2008 levels. In other words, more Republicans are turning out in a gubernatorial year than turned out in a presidential year. Unless a lot of these Republicans are voting for [Democrat] White, this is a Democratic disaster.

Republicans Outpacing Democrats in Early Voting, Both Parties Working to Turn Out Vote: GRAND JUNCTION, Colorado (KKCO) - A week out from Election Day, nearly half a million Coloradans have already made their voices heard, taking advantage of early voting and mail-in ballots. But in a departure from the last election cycle, Republicans are leading the pack heading into Election Day.

GOP Surges in Early Voting: From NRO’s Campaign Spot: One of my readers, Charlie, takes a look at the early voting numbers from 2008 and compares them to the early voting numbers in 2010, or at least so far. He finds, “in every state where there is partisan split data for both years, the Republicans have gained in early voting.” The shift in partisan turnout has ranged from Republicans gaining 4.2 percentage points from the 2008 numbers (West Virginia) to 27.4 percentage points in the 2008 numbers (Florida). (The stunning figure is that 52.8 percent of the more than 778,000 early votes in Florida this year come from registered Republicans.)…
