Republicans have used the phrase "Cut and Run" to describe the Democrats stance regarding Iraq. But that phrase is so vague that it can be used to mean anything.
If I were a Democrat running for office, I would use "Cut and Run" as my slogan. I'll say "Yes, the Democrats are about 'Cut and Run,' Cutting corruption and running a good economy. That's what we do 'Cut and Run'"
Not really a true statement, but it's a great campaign slogan.
They wouldn't need to make any new buttons or bumper stickers, they could just use the ones that the Republicans made!
