Shutdown of our War memorials and national parks but not pro immigration rally at the mall

That's easy: Obamacare. The Supreme Court, the main interpreters of the constitution, made a ruling that.

The only thing proved by the SC's approval of Obamacare, is they do not understand the Constitution. In effect, they made a mistake. Not the first time and it won't be the last.

I imagine we both also have different ideas of the the past mistakes they made.

Lag clearly doesn't understand the separation of powers. Hell, my sixth grader has a better understanding of this concept.

It is legal for the SCOTUS to uphold Obamacare by calling the unConstitutional "Fine" a TAX! We all know that is just a technicality and the federal government does not have the right to force you to buy anything under the penalty of a fine. So they call it a tax. Doesn't make it one, but there is your loophole.

But, beyond the SCOTUS decision here, Obama has gone on to offer waivers to over 1400 of his big business buddies. He has postponed the employer mandate for a year. This is where Obama is wrong. He does not have the legal authority to do this. Obama is the executive branch, meaning he can sign bills into law, not legislate. The legislative branch belongs to the Congress, not the president.

So, again, Obama' actions concerning the waivers and the delaying of the employer mandate are strictly illegal and unConstitutional!
