In Europe employers can now fire people simply for being smokers...
What do you think?
I think it is absolutely ridiculous, and no employer should be able to dictate what it's employees can an cannot do off the clock.

workplaces should have the right to dictate if employees can smoke during the work day, but I personally think it is absolutely stupid for them to have the right to decide what people can do during their own time. I fail to understand how this ever got passed.
