"For the last three years, parts of the American right have advocated a theory called Caesarism, as an authoritarian solution to the claimed collapse of the US republic in conference rooms, podcasts and the house organs of the extreme right, especially those associated with the Claremont Institute thinktank.

The idea that the U.S. might be redeemed by a Caesar – an
authoritarian, rightwing leader – was first broached explicitly by Michael Anton, a Claremont senior fellow and Trump presidential adviser.".

There is no doubt what he will do if elected. His re election will tell him more of his nasty authoritarian style has got approval.

One mistake by democrats will be followed by Marshall law and then it's complete.
But where does that leaving patriots who fought and died for freedom?
Republicans scream it must be maintained but support a guy that has pledged to install a dictatorship. They'd rather sacrifice the constitution and America's freedom purely to have a republican in power. It really does come down to that.
Is that what we fought for overseas and died by the hundreds of thousands. Is that what made the country an envy of the world.?

When it happens republicans will have no one to blame except themselves.

Trump did not create the patriotism of the majority of Americans. He simply tapped into it to win the 2016 election, while Hillary trashed American patriots as being beneath her haughty self.

Well he tapped into anger and took advantage of the electoral college which unfairly gives rural voters an unfair advantage.

Leftist Democrats have advocated to do away with the electoral college because they see it as a threat to big Tammany Hall corrupt Democrat monopolies in elections.

No because every vote should be equal in electing a national office like potus duh

Explain why rural state voters should have more influence

A second problem is that all m8nority votes in a state are discarded in the current system. If a candidate wins a state by one vote ever single vote for the other candidate is worthless. That's crazy and 7ndemocratic

Democrats would have a much easier time winning national elections if they could simply rely on 'finding' enough votes for Democrats in extremely large, big city wards to nullify the rural votes of the rest of the country.
