We are all seeing the fighting going on in Syria but what we aren't seeing on this occasion is any rush to intervene on the part of the west

Why is this I wonder?

Could it be that it is because Syria has little oil but lots of fighter planes?

Clue: yes

Because president Bashar has real friends like Iran ,Russia,Chine who are not western.I am not a supporter of Bashar or defend him.But truth is truth.America was friend of Saddam Hossain but now....................

How bizarre....hearing the new President, of Syria, sounding more reasonable....and, certainly better educated....than the current President of the U.S.!!!!

That's an ol' U.S. Republican trait....treating dictators as "allies"....until you don't need them, anymore....much like Noriega (in Panama).
