Well, I can imagine that there is the possibility that there is a tomboy who dresses in boy's clothes in some school, and she does not want to be caught entering a girl's bathroom. I imagine that the school administrators would know that she was enrolled, and that they could let her know that there was a tampon machine in one of the boy's bathrooms.

Boys have no use for tampons. Tampons are not expensive, this is not a budgetary issue, it is an issue for transhaters to rant about.

Biological sex is not the same as gender identity. It is not a difficult concept to master, but MAGA nuts are aggressively ignorant.
Tampons i a boys bathroom is not a serious issue. No one is harmed if there is a tampon dispensing machine in a boys' bathroom. In the same way, people do not complain about how Target. WalMart and many other stores have unisex bathrooms.
