In the fictional work known as the bible it says thou shall not kill

But I suppose that to be fair you do have to keep on reinterpreting the bible in an effort to prevent it from looking like the collection of vicious lies that it really is

Oh and also so that it doesn't get in the way of the pro death fundamentalist lobby
