The Power of Big Oil!!!!

You want to hold big oil responsible for climate change instead of the 8 billion people who use thier products every day. Sounds like something a liberal would do . such as holding gun manufactures responsible for people who break gun laws or alcohol makers for drunk drivers . yea makes perfect sense

Yep it is a totally insular view of the world. a white western obsession only.

USA carbon emissions are down 20% since 2007 while China's carbon emissions are up 50% in that time and India's emissions are up 70%.

Like you said blame the 8 million people that need and use fossil fuels not the people that provide energy. Fossil fuels is a cheap reliable energy source for the entire world especially the world's poor. That's why dems hate it.

yes democrat logic and evaluation skills are great. Look at California making it so a percentage of electric cars have o be sold every year till 3035 when all cars sold have to be electric all the while with power plants there being decommission no power stations charging and electric black outs all over the state.

Climate change is an elitist concept that has no practical application to the real world for 80% of the people on earth.

Look at this push for electric cars in the west. Is that in any way practical for the average person in Nigeria, Pakistan, Bangladesh? No and it never will be. It's also not green.

Thats a fact they as many in America cant afford 66000 for a new electric car or the infrastructure to support them.

I think most of us know we have to convert to renewable energy sources as much as we can one day. But there is no existing infrastructure to support in .
Huge tax breaks long term leases on property local incentives all need to be made to energy companies to expand the renewable energy sources .
Democrats need to learn higher taxes often result in higher prices and a reduce investment in business and more government control.
To get private business to seriously invest in renewable energy will take time and the infrastructure for charging stations and eqt will be huge not to mention home charging and getting proces down at the same time.
We will need fossil fuels for a very long time yet.
