The Supreme Court makes judgments of what is law and what is not law, whether a law is being followed to the letter or spirit, or if a law comports faithfully with the Constitution. It does not make judgments of right and wrong, and it has no enforcement ability. We may wish it otherwise, but that’s the system we have.

SCOTUS has already ruled that Biden is not enforcing the border laws and ordered him to follow the law. Only the Executive branch has enforcement authority, so it's a mute point. Congress could call on the Military to intervene, but the Senate would have to concur, but Dems wouldn’t go along with that. The truth is our system which worked for 230 years has been gamed by the Dems. The Founder's knew that the system they created depended upon a society being educated & moral, and predicted it would be hard to keep our freedom, and that the blood of Patriots would be needed to refresh the system every so often. So often is coming close to being right now. Any party holding sway over two of the branches of govt, of either the House or Senate or Presidency can rule the roost and prevent the other party from getting in the way. If and when Trump wins and has the house & Senate the laws that need changing can be addressed, but that's a big if because the Dems will cheat wherever & however they must to win enough seats to continue getting in the way of making things right.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, the GOP should petition SCOTUS to order the executive branch to enforce the laws & rules regarding checking passengers boarding airlines. Many immigrants without ID or picture ID are allowed, but ordinary citizens are held to standards. This is unequal treatment and a violation on its face of the Constitution. Yet, the GOP is sitting on their hands. Are they part of the solution or part of the problem?
