1. In newly released audio, President Trump’s sister Maryanne Trump Barry is candidly critical of her brother Donald, saying she did his homework for him and that he is, among other things, unprepared, a brat, and cruel.
“It’s the phoniness of it all. It’s the phoniness and this cruelty. Donald is cruel,” Barry told her niece Mary Trump in a conversation that Mary Trump secretly recorded. The Washington Post reported the story Saturday after it was given transcripts and audio of the conversation between aunt and niece.
“All he wants to do is appeal to his base,” Barry said. “He has no principles. None. None. And his base, I mean my God, if you were a religious person, you want to help people. Not do this.” ....

3. All the polls show that public support for Trump has not fallen much in spite of his scandals and negative revelations by his former officials, niece and sister. He still has a sizeable number of diehard supporters and even keeps a rock-solid hold on his party.
One may wonder why such a guy could still attract a large number of hard core of supporters. Well, one may get the answer just by looking at the large number of houseflies that are attracted to decaying organic filth such as faeces and rotting meat.
