I can just see it as Biden starts speaking he forgets not only wheres hes at but what hes talking about and starts mumbling about kids playing with the hair on his legs and drops his trousers on national tv and drops a log right there.
Im sure they have a code for it .

In 2008 US magazine asked Obama, "Boxers or briefs"? Obama declined to answer the question.
Last week AARP asked Joe Biden, "Boxers or briefs"? Biden responded, "Depends".
