No.  The fcts are clear and the evidence substantial.  Ronald Reagan, as a candidate for President of the USA, made a secret agreement with the Iranians.  The Iranians were to keep the hostages until Inauguration Day, and then release them,  In return, Reagan would pay.... who knows, but the price we paid was substantial.  Ollie North knows the details.
