Of course, no one can prove anything conclusively, because we cannot observe the period before the creation of the universe. nor can we observe the actual moment of creation. If the universe has always existed, then it would be impossible to venture before a nonexistent time.
However, there is a logical premise called "Occam's Razor", named for the English philosopher Willian of Occam (also spelled Ockham).
If there are multiple theories about something, it is always bet to start with the least complicated one.
A universe composed of energy, matter and whatever else, is clearly less complicated that an eternal omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent, omnibenevolent invisible, inaudible, intangible, mute being that somehow also looks like a human.
Nothing in the universe is unchanging. All that exists changes over time in many ways.
