Boris I had never tried it until my doctor recommended, I smoke pot . well why did I end up trying it . Stress relief and pain it helps my diabetic neuropathy. Yes I smoke pot some when I was young but know nothing about delta 8 at the time . So I was NOT IN ON IT whatever that means . I do not smoke pot and have not for decades . Why simple it was illegal and could cost me the right to buy a gun or get in trouble for lying on the form like your boy hunter.

Were not all like many liberals if it feels food do it .

In Florida, Delta 8 is legal and is sold in vape shops all over Miami. Delta 9 is only available to people who apply and pay for a Medical Marijuana card. It seems that anyone can get a card, you just have to interview with a pot doctor every 7 months, and pay about $100 for a maybe 10 minute appointment. Then you need to pay the state $75 per year for the card. It is pretty much a scam designed by the dispensaries and the State legislature.

There is no limit to the amount of pot one can buy if one has a card.
It is probably economically wise to get the card, stock up and let the card expire and renew only when one runs out.
