my sincere suggestion - print out all your posts and bring them to your local psychiatrist.  They will treat you for free since they will be able to write up your case study in the Journal of Abnormal Psychology.  They may never have run across anyone so obsessed with gays, trannies, periods. excrement, used condoms, etc...you've checked all the boxes of craziness!
