Just this morning, ABC News reported that attorneys in Virginia’s Eastern District had investigated Comey for two months but found insufficient cause to support an indictment. That such an indictment was filed anyway feels a lot like a vindictive effort by an authoritarian president to wield law against his enemies. So I read the indictment. “I don’t think there’s a case,” McCarthy said during a Friday appearance on Fox Business’s “Mornings with Maria.”

The Fox News legal analyst said much of the Trump administration’s evidence is less about Russiagate, than “premised on something that’s not true” regarding interactions between Comey and his then-FBI Deputy Andrew McCabe.

“McCabe said that Comey authorized him to leak to The Wall Murdoch Street Journal,” according to McCarthy.

“If you look closely at what McCabe said, was that he directed a leak to The Wall Murdoch Street Journal and told Comey about it after the fact,” he told host Maria Bartiromo.

Comey bragged about creating a government document by recording his take on one of his first meetings with Trump and leaking it to the press. Conspiring to undermine President-elect Trump is immoral if not illegal but leaking a government document to the press is highly illegal.

Comey knowingly lied to FISA courts about the Steel fabrication in order to get illegal warrants to spy on Trump and his associates. That was highly illegal and the far-left radical judge, Boesberg, who unjustly issued the tainted warrants was also wrong for his part in that crime.

Comey broke rules and laws to trick Flynn into talking with FBI agents that Comey later bragged he sent without alerting Flynn to try to trap him in some careless or harmless statement they could use to unjustly file charges against him. Comey was part of the 'We hate Trump and will do everything we can to keep him from winning the election or obstruct his ability to govern if he wins" Peter Strzok dirty cop mob. That was also immoral and illegal.

And those crimes are not the most serious for which he has currently been indicted.

Democrats continue their anti-American-voters hateful lies and corruption while protecting the most corrupt officials in the US government.
