What should a lower ranking Army officer do when he believes Trump is giving unconstitutional orders?

We saw one such officer in Lt. Col. Vindman, celebrated by the entire democrat party. He violated the chain of command, openly defied and disrespected the Commander-in-Chief, refused direct orders of his superiors, violated his oath of office, and illegally leaked secret documents in a seditious act against the United States.
