The CIA did the Madrid bombings but let me give you a better example of how the US uses alleged terrorist bombs to it's own advantage
A couple of years ago the UK airport authority decided to scrap the ludicrous search requirements that the US had demanded post 9/11 thereby undermining the lie that we are all at risk of terror attacks.
A couple of days later a suspicious printer cartridge was found in a UPS plane in Dubai.
Nobody cared. So the authorities upgraded the printer cartridge to a printer cartridge that had the potential to be a bomb
Nobody cared. So it then got upgraded to a printer that could be a bomb
Nobody cared. So then it got upgraded to a printer bomb that had flown over UK airspace
And so it went on until the UK reintroduced the loony searches the US wanted to maintain the myth of terror
There has never been a parcel plane bomb report since.
Here's another,
The US wants body scanners installed at all airports to maintain the myth of terror
Lots of people object and so a story was released that the next big threat is from implant bombs where AQ get women to have bomb breast implants that are detonated onboard an airliner.
The scanners started appearing and nobody ever heard the ludicrous story of bomb implants again

I'm saying that there may be some Islamist terrorism ax there is other types but nothing on the scale that the US wants you to believe
It has amplified the risk massively so that the idiotic population of the US think it is reasonable to go bombing nations in the middle east.
And they are selected for their oil.
There are as yet undiscovered tribes in the Amazon who know this is true
And to keep this in perspective..Americans kill many times as many Americans as Muslim terrorists do
