Obama promised in 2008 to bankrupt coal if elected and he did sponsor much legislation toward that end. Biden promised to shut down fossil fuels as much as possible and he did a lot of damage to US energy as a result, for which poor Americans suffered the worse. Biden never made gasoline so expensive that Americans would be forced to buy crappy expensive electric vehicles, but gas prices were far higher under Biden than they were under Trump the first term and under Trump now.

Coal is the hydrocarbon that is the most dangerous to mine and the worst polluter, and NO ONE has any serious amount of "clean coal" to sell, anywhere. Nor will Shitshizpants cause actual "clean coal" to be sold. If it were illegal to burn anything but "clean coal", THAT would shut the coal industry down.

Shitshizpants is stupid and has no clue what "clean coal" is.
