People have no choice but to use oil. I rarely use even 10 gallons of gasoline per month.

Biden did not increase gasoline prices. During Covid, people stopped going to work, and they drove cars much less. Less demand, lower prices. Now the economy has the lowest unemployment ever, more people are working, and demand has risen, there are a couple of wars on, and Russia needs money. So prices have risen.
