A boy who was the victim of apparent bullying died Sunday at a Philadelphia-area hospital after being taken off life support, his family said. Bailey O'Neill, who turned 12 on Saturday, had been in a medically-induced coma since January, when he was allegedly beaten by two classmates on the playground during recess at his school.

The sixth-grader sustained a concussion and broken nose, and suffered subsequent seizures, forcing doctors to induce the coma.

"Bailey has been the strongest toughest boy I know," a message posted Sunday to the Building Hope for Bailey Facebook page read. "He has fought this battle long and hard. There just wasn't a way to fix this. I wish I could say he will get better but I can't. Bailey has gone to be with God today."

WAIT A MINUTE! Isnt that the same thing as taking the law into your own hands? How come medical peoople are allowed to do it but oridinary people like you and me cant hunt criminals down in the streets and kill them like Charles Bronson did on death wish?

How awful, kids killing kids, and for what?

Yes, the little beasts who murdered their classmate should be punished, but then what? How does anyone keep this sort of thing from happening in the future?

And surely, Stevox can't be serious about blaming the doctor for taking the kid off life support.

Vigilante behavior? Do you have any data to back up your claim?
Do you really think normal thinking members of this board will take you seriously in anyway with that kind of wacko rhetoric?
We have a government that is coming out today with justification to kill American citizens on American soil with drones and you want to go down the road of some conspiracy BS without posting data to back up any of your insanity?
I and many others will not take your postings seriously!

Doctors can legaly get away with crap. Look at donors for example. When you sign a piece of paper that you dont want to donate any of your organs when you die when your body enters that morgue those docs can take any organs you have in your body and donate them. Thats against the law. But nobody can prove it. Theres a thing when you go to the cops and tell them theres a crime being commited you better have some back up proof or the DA ewill not prositcute the case because of lack of evidance. Doctors can kill you right in that hospital and you better have some darn good legal proof he commited the crime or he goes scott free. Thats just how things are on American justice system.

Why dont the police put undercover docs as entrapment? They dress like docs but theyre really cops to catch em in the act. Just like theyre cops in high school dress as teens to catch drug possesions ever watch 21 jump street? So why not put undercover cops in hospitals dressed as docs like they dress like teens in high school?

because the docs have no way of knowing records were illegally altered by burocrats trying to improve their transplant numbers and neither would the undercover cops.

why not ban the government from having anything to do with things this important ?

Why.not one punishment for all crimes... a huge fishhook that you impale.the criminal on and leabe them hanging till they.bleed out.

might give jaywalkers and red light runners pause before they whine aboit persecusion.
