How many times have we heard teary stories of some unfortunate person who needs an expensive medical procedure only to be told by their "evil" insurance company that the procedure is not covered? The lib broadcast networks (ABC, NBC, CBS) have run many of these stories over the years. Of course, these stories paint the insurance company as evil.

Now with the Death Panels coming, will the lib media say anything about the lack of compassion for the sick and dying? Of course not. And the dupes continue to belief that Death Panels are fictional.

yes the evil death panels...the evil panels that if you CHOOSE to, you can talk to a DR about how you want to be cared for in the event of a major illness where you no longer have the power to make choices....the Horror! It must be horrible to know that you have a choice in how you want to be cared for, and to make it yourself rather then tear your family apart trying to find out what they think is best, when they don't all agree.

And on a side note....so long as money is used to pay for medical cost...there always will be someone saying it cost to much to be able to do...unless your bill Gates rich...

If the cost would be 10 million dollars to keep a 99 year old alive hooked up to a machine for 5 years, but he could make it...but would never be awake...guess who most likely will not cover those costs? NO ONE...unless you privately pay it yourself...as you have the right to do ( but if it was me, I would never want someone to pay that for me..not the government, insurance, or family...hence why I could talk to someone of my choosing about end of life care to make sure that was followed threw...and the "death panel" would be covered and insured for me to speak to , and not pay for it.

It's flat-out AMAZING the horror stories that come out of the NHS, and the machinations of the infamous NICE death panel they have (great Orwellian name, right?) - it's far worse in the UK then I would have believed, but it's a simple matter to read the stories online as reported in british newspapers. And I've never seen ANY of this reported a single time in any of the US lib media, and I watch a lot of TV news.

In cuba, eg, any fetus that shows any abnormalities whatsoever is immediately aborted by state rules. Well said and most accurate. Socialized medicine is all about extreme HC rationing to control costs. And since we as a nation are bankrupt, they won't pay for much. Of course, lib elites and politicians won't be affected.

In the US its Rationed....buy your income...plain and simple...your poor, you get less health care...your rich you get more...your very poor...you get health care if you make it to a ER...that's about it...

Check your Health care plane with your insurance..does it say...unlimited coverage? NO...Does that mean if they can't cover all the costs ...you cant pay the rest? No...IF your on Medicare or what ever government health care plan...if something is not covered...guess what...you can pay your own cash and make it covered....Government run health care is not any different that Private in that ...they have limits to what they cover....Difference...Government does not drop you because your sick ( aka you need to use it thus cost them money and hurts stock price...)

And as for your "death Panals" get a grip...end of life planning has been around for quite a long time...the thing that changed...is that you can get it with some of the cost covered now. No one is saying, hey your old Die!

2nd, most states already have forms of Tort reform...has not helped.

3. yes lets stop there access to ER's....and let them Die...because they are poor or not from the US..Its what Jesus would do...Screw the poor, if God wanted them to live, he would have gave them more money.
